Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Java Developer roles typically focus on designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Responsibilities often include contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle, writing efficient code, and ensuring design compliance with specifications. Developers are expected to work collaboratively with other engineers to produce high-quality, testable code and support continuous improvement by exploring new technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

· Software Development Lifecycle Participation: Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.

· Code Development: Write efficient, scalable, and high-quality code that adheres to design specifications and best practices in software development.

· System Design and Analysis: Analyze user requirements to define functional specifications and contribute to system design and architecture decisions.

· Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute test cases, identify bugs, and troubleshoot issues to maintain code reliability and performance.

· Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and aligned software solutions.

· Documentation: Document code, processes, and development practices for future maintenance and upgrades.

· Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high responsiveness and efficiency.

· Technology Exploration: Stay updated on new Java technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continually improve and refine the development process.

· Code Review: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards and share knowledge with other team members.

· Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications, handling updates, enhancements, and performance tuning as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years
• Strong understanding of Java SE/EE
• Object-oriented programming, and familiarity with frameworks like Spring and JSF Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Spring MVC or JSF) is also highly valued
