Digital Transformation Manager

Jadeer is seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Manager to lead initiatives for one of our clients in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP systems and a strong understanding of key SAP modules (FICO, MM, PS, REFX).

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP ERP Expertise: Ensure effective implementation, integration, management, and optimization of SAP modules (FICO, MM, PS, REFX) within the organization.
  • Project Oversight: Manage SAP-related projects, addressing both technical and functional aspects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with SAP vendors and other stakeholders to enhance and streamline SAP functionalities.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement digital transformation strategies to optimize business processes.

CRM Integration (Preferred Salesforce Experience)

  • Salesforce Integration: If experienced in Salesforce CRM, facilitate the integration between SAP ERP and Salesforce to enable seamless data flow.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with CRM, community, sales, and marketing teams to align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years in system design, development, implementation, and user support.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
