About the Role:
The HR Section Head will lead talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR strategy implementation. This leadership role focuses on aligning HR goals with business objectives to foster a productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee organizational development and talent acquisition efforts.
Develop and execute HR strategies to meet company objectives.
Design and implement policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with senior management to drive business-oriented HR solutions.
Monitor HR metrics and suggest improvement strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
8+ years of experience in HR with expertise in OD and talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Fluent English.
