Job Title:  Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Scope: This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing exceptional talent, and collaborating with clients to meet their hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Create compelling job descriptions aligned with role requirements.

End-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Use various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent networks, to identify top candidates.

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing regular updates and insights into the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Talent Market Insights:

• Conduct market research to stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles.

Performance Tracking:

• Measure and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
• Use data insights to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Employer Branding:

• Collaborate with marketing to promote Jadeer’s employer brand across online platforms and events.
• Represent Jadeer at recruitment fairs and networking events.

Compliance and Best Practices:

• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to labor laws and organizational policies.
• Stay informed on HR and recruitment best practices.
