Job Summary
The selected candidate will assume the role of Senior Software Technical Leader – Digital Transformation, playing a critical role in defining, designing, and leading the development of scalable software solutions. This role blends technical leadership, solution architecture, and full-stack development to drive the client’s transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture and Solution Design
- Design enterprise-level software architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.
- Lead the transition from traditional systems to microservices-based, cloud-native architectures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, models, and migration strategies.
- Ensure all solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
Technical Leadership and Execution
- Provide hands-on guidance in full-stack development, coding practices, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud engineering teams to support scalable deployment.
- Define best practices across testing, automation, and observability.
Team Leadership and Management
- Lead and mentor the technical development team, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Oversee task planning, project execution, and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment and onboarding as the team scales.
Project and Vendor Management
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and manage outsourced development projects.
- Participate in RFP creation and vendor evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards and development quality across teams.
Strategic Contribution
- Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap for digital transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate new technologies for business value and future innovation.
- Balance performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in solution design.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- +8 years of experience in software development with strong architecture and full-stack expertise.
- Proven track record designing and implementing cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Advanced proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js) and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Strong grasp of integration models (REST, GraphQL, gRPC), and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and performance monitoring tools.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Work Conditions
- Work Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Work Model: On-site
