Job Summary

The selected candidate will assume the role of IT Program Manager – Digital Transformation, responsible for the strategic execution, coordination, and delivery of complex digital programs. This leadership role blends program management, cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and technology oversight to ensure successful realization of digital business value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage the overall digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
• Drive the successful execution of digital programs across data, AI, cloud, enterprise platforms, and operational systems.
• Define program governance, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success.
• Ensure agile and iterative program execution with timely risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Monitor program performance, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure effective delivery.

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

• Act as a central liaison between business units, technology teams, and executive leadership.
• Lead steering committees, program reviews, and executive updates to ensure visibility and alignment.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and digital adoption across departments.
• Manage program budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.

Technology & Vendor Management

• Oversee vendor selection, contracting, and performance management across digital initiatives.
• Ensure successful delivery and integration of third-party and internal technology solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leaders to ensure adherence to security, scalability, and compliance standards.
• Monitor and optimize external partner performance and cost-efficiency.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify and manage program-level risks and dependencies.
• Ensure that all initiatives comply with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish governance frameworks and documentation for compliance and audit readiness.

People Leadership & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and technical leads to translate business needs into executable solutions.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative program environment.
• Mentor and guide project managers and transformation teams to align with program goals and delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program management within digital transformation, enterprise IT, or technology domains.
• Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation programs in sectors such as utilities, finance, or other enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in agile frameworks, DevOps, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• In-depth understanding of system integration, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and emerging technologies like AI/ML and IoT.
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, financial tracking, and vendor oversight.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
