Job Summary
The selected candidate will take on the role of Talent Management Manager, responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of talent management and organizational development (OD) initiatives. This role plays a key part in aligning people strategies with business objectives, supporting a high-performance culture, and enabling employee growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Organizational Development
- Design and implement comprehensive talent management and OD strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify performance gaps, development opportunities, and areas for cultural enhancement.
- Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback processes, and individual development plans.
- Partner with department heads to identify capability gaps and develop training roadmaps and leadership development programs.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and frameworks that promote employee engagement and organizational agility.
Change Management & Transformation Support
- Drive and support change management initiatives to enable successful business transformation and cultural alignment.
- Facilitate internal communication and change readiness through targeted interventions and learning initiatives.
- Support leadership in embedding desired behaviors, values, and strategic priorities throughout the organization.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage HR data and analytics to track trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
- Introduce metrics and KPIs to assess the impact of talent and OD initiatives on business outcomes.
- Continuously improve strategies and tools based on internal feedback, benchmarking, and evolving industry best practices.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor the OD team, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and innovation.
- Provide direction, support, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness and professional development.
- Manage the OD and learning budget, ensuring optimal use of resources to maximize organizational impact.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development, preferably within the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing performance management and change management initiatives.
- Proven success in translating business needs into impactful talent development strategies.
- Deep knowledge of organizational design, learning frameworks, and employee engagement models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and deliver actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
