Regional Impact in Talent Acquisition
In this strategic position, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing talent acquisition strategies across your designated region. Core Responsibilities
Sourcing and Attracting Top Talent:
- Utilise diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source high-calibre candidates.
- Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for both immediate and future staffing demands.
Screening and Interviewing Candidates:
- Review and evaluate resumes against job specifications and essential qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to determine candidates' suitability and readiness.
- Organise and facilitate interview sessions, ensuring consistency and fairness throughout the process.
Offer Management and Onboarding:
- Extend employment offers and handle negotiations with selected candidates professionally.
- Facilitate a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to new hire onboarding.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months in mass hiring is a requirement.
- Time Management: Strong capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Customer Focus: An attentive understanding of, and responsiveness to, the needs of clients in the recruitment process.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated success collaborating within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English to engage effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders.
- Technical Experience: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and an ability to leverage recruitment technology.
- English Proficiency: Fluency in English is crucial for clear communication and precise documentation.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid model: Work 3 days onsite and 2 days from home from Monday to Friday.
