Core Responsibilities

Sourcing and Attracting Top Talent:

• Utilise diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source high-calibre candidates.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for both immediate and future staffing demands.

Screening and Interviewing Candidates:

• Review and evaluate resumes against job specifications and essential qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to determine candidates' suitability and readiness.
• Organise and facilitate interview sessions, ensuring consistency and fairness throughout the process.

Offer Management and Onboarding:

• Extend employment offers and handle negotiations with selected candidates professionally.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to new hire onboarding.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months in mass hiring is a requirement.
• Time Management: Strong capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Customer Focus: An attentive understanding of, and responsiveness to, the needs of clients in the recruitment process.
• Teamwork: Demonstrated success collaborating within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English to engage effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders.
• Technical Experience: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and an ability to leverage recruitment technology.
