Lead Regional Talent Acquisition Efforts

Your expertise will drive the implementation and management of strategic talent acquisition initiatives. You will ensure the recruitment process aligns with our company’s values and culture, creating a coherent and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Primary Responsibilities

Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

• Utilise a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, and professional networks for candidate identification.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline to address immediate and future hiring needs.

Screening and Conducting Interviews:

• Review resumes for compatibility with job specifications and required skills.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to appraise candidate suitability.
• Participate in and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless selection process.

Extending Offers and Onboarding:

• Negotiate and extend employment offers to qualified candidates.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from offer acceptance through the onboarding process.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in mass hiring is mandatory.
• Time Management: Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Customer Focus: Strong capability to anticipate and respond to client needs throughout the recruitment process.
• Teamwork: Demonstrated experience in effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English for clear interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical Experience: Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• English Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential for precise communication and documentation.

Working Conditions

1. Hybrid model: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work, Monday to Friday.
