Strategise Regional Talent Acquisition Efforts

Core Responsibilities

Sourcing and Candidate Attraction:

• Employ diverse channels such as job boards, social networks, and industry connections to identify potential candidates.
• Establish a strong and robust talent pipeline catering to present and forthcoming hiring needs.

Resume Review and Interviewing Process:

• Evaluate and scrutinize resumes against specified job criteria.
• Conduct preliminary screenings to gauge candidate suitability.
• Organize and oversee interview processes effectively.

Offer Negotiation and Seamless Onboarding:

• Extend offers and manage negotiation of terms with selected candidates.
• Oversee a smooth transition from candidate offer acceptance to their onboarding.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months in Mass Hiring is mandatory.
• Time Management: Outstanding capability in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Customer Focus: Proactively understand and fulfil client requisites throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Demonstrated experience in working effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Communication Excellence: Proficient in written and verbal English communication for engaging stakeholders.
• Technical Aptitude: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is essential.
• Fluent English Proficiency: Proficiency in English for impactful communication and documentation.
