In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the implementation of comprehensive talent acquisition plans that align with our company’s vision. Your expertise will drive the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent who bring our company culture to life.
Primary Responsibilities
Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
- Leverage multiple recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional platforms to identify high-potential candidates.
- Maintain and nurture a robust pipeline of talent to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Evaluate resumes thoroughly against job specifications and desired skills.
- Conduct initial screenings to gauge candidate fit and readiness for the role.
- Organise and assist in interviews to ensure a streamlined and effective recruitment process.
Offer Management and Seamless Onboarding:
- Extend compelling job offers and navigate negotiations for mutual benefit.
- Ensure candidates transition smoothly from accepting their offer to the onboarding phase.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: At least 6 months of Essential Mass Hiring experience is required.
- Time Management: Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Customer Focus: Strong proactive approach to understanding and addressing client requirements in the hiring process.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English, complemented by strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Technical Experience: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other related recruitment technologies.
- English Proficiency: Full fluency in English is essential for accurate communication and documentation.
Working Conditions
- Offers a hybrid model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote working, from Monday to Friday.
- Location: Maadi
