Primary Responsibilities

Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

• Leverage multiple recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional platforms to identify high-potential candidates.
• Maintain and nurture a robust pipeline of talent to support both immediate and future hiring needs.

Screening and Interviewing:

• Evaluate resumes thoroughly against job specifications and desired skills.
• Conduct initial screenings to gauge candidate fit and readiness for the role.
• Organise and assist in interviews to ensure a streamlined and effective recruitment process.

Offer Management and Seamless Onboarding:

• Extend compelling job offers and navigate negotiations for mutual benefit.
• Ensure candidates transition smoothly from accepting their offer to the onboarding phase.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: At least 6 months of Essential Mass Hiring experience is required.
• Time Management: Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Customer Focus: Strong proactive approach to understanding and addressing client requirements in the hiring process.
• Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English, complemented by strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Technical Experience: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other related recruitment technologies.
• English Proficiency: Full fluency in English is essential for accurate communication and documentation.

Working Conditions

1. Offers a hybrid model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote working, from Monday to Friday.
