Role Overview:

Initial Application Screening
- Conduct thorough daily reviews of application submissions to match candidates against basic qualifications and job requirements.
- Verify candidate information through direct communication, focusing on English proficiency and technical skills.
- Organise and prioritise applicants for subsequent recruitment stages based on their skills and experience.

Data Management & Organisation
- Efficiently update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with precise and timely candidate data.
- Ensure all applicants are clearly categorised within the system for easy identification and retrieval.
- Identify and report any incomplete or duplicate application submissions.

Effective Communication & Coordination
- Distribute initial responses to candidates to confirm receipt of their applications and next steps.
- Relay qualified candidates efficiently to recruitment colleagues for further evaluation.
- Notify senior team members about any unique or challenging candidate applications.

Adherence to Compliance and Documentation Standards
- Ensure all processing activities are in complete alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of application outcomes and follow-up actions.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks with accuracy.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service through the application process.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills to foster collaboration across different teams.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills in both verbal and written form.
- Technical proficiency, particularly with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office products.
- While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, it is not required.
- Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative setting is advantageous.
Work Environment and Conditions
- Location: Hybrid setup, requiring physical presence in Maadi office two days a week.
- Working Hours: Shifts scheduled from 3 PM to 12 AM.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
