Junior FP&A

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to kick-start their career in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and contribute to key financial processes within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and analysing financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely data availability.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand budget needs and financial forecast requirements.
  • Support the team in developing financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and update financial tracking systems for efficient budget management.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, patterns, or inconsistencies in financial data.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.

Skills & Competencies

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: Understand and anticipate the needs of internal stakeholders to deliver high levels of service.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across departments.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong English proficiency.
  • Technical Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software or ERP systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related area. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and financial statement analysis.
Working Environment
  • Location: Central Business District, with options for hybrid work schedules.
  • Working Hours: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Start Date: Immediate or by mutual agreement.
