Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a talented Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our innovative team, bringing expertise in mass hiring and a passion for recruitment. This role provides a flexible hybrid work arrangement, mixing office days with remote work to achieve a balanced work-life dynamic.
Regional Leadership in Talent Acquisition
Your drive and expertise will be central to overseeing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies within your region. You will ensure the smooth execution of the recruitment process, aligning incoming talent with our company’s vibrant culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Engaging Candidates:
- Utilise a variety of recruitment platforms including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify prospective candidates.
- Develop and maintain an active talent pipeline to cater to immediate and future recruitment needs.
Screening and Conducting Interviews:
- Assess resumes for alignment with job criteria and essential skills.
- Perform initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews to ensure a comprehensive and equitable selection process.
Managing Offers and Onboarding:
- Extend and negotiate employment offers with shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure a smooth transition for candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months in mass hiring is mandatory.
- Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand and anticipate client needs throughout the recruiting process.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated history of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Experience: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related recruitment technologies.
- English Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential for clear communication and precise documentation.
Working Conditions
- Flexible hybrid model: 3 days working onsite and 2 days remotely, Monday to Friday.
