Screener

Role Overview:
Including but not limited to:
- Conduct daily reviews of incoming applications to identify candidates meeting basic criteria.
- Perform phone screenings to verify candidate details such as language proficiency and technical skills.
- Classify and prioritise applicants based on qualifications and role-specific needs.
- Regularly update and manage the ATS with accurate and current candidate information.
- Label screened candidates systematically for easy access and retrieval.
- Identify and report on duplicate or incomplete submissions for follow-up actions.
- Dispatch initial responses to candidates to inform them about their application status.
- Promptly forward eligible candidates to the recruitment team for further consideration.
- Report unusual or complex applications to senior recruitment staff for additional evaluation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards during applicant processing.
- Maintain accurate documentation regarding application outcomes and next steps.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Excellent time management skills for handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering quality experiences to candidates.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, building productive relationships across departments.
- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with technical tools, particularly ATS and MS Office Suite.
- A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is a bonus.
Work Environment and Conditions
- Location: Hybrid model with office presence in Maadi two days a week.
- Working Hours: Scheduled shifts from 3 PM to 12 AM.
- Working Days: Monday through Friday.
