In this position, as a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in refining and implementing recruitment strategies within your designated region. Main Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

• Leverage multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and industry networks for candidate sourcing.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline to anticipate and meet recruitment demands effectively.

Screening and Interview Coordination:

• Evaluate resumes and applications to assess candidates' alignment with job criteria.
• Facilitate preliminary screenings and arrange interviews to identify potential hires.

Offer Management and Onboarding:

• Extend job offers and expertly negotiate employment terms with chosen candidates.
• Oversee a seamless onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in Mass Hiring is crucial.
• Time Management: Outstanding ability to manage diverse tasks and adhere to deadlines.
• Customer Focus: Diligent in understanding and fulfilling client recruitment needs.
• Teamwork: Success in collaborative settings within dynamic teams.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English, facilitating effective engagement with varied stakeholders.
• Technical Experience: Adept with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology tools.
• English Proficiency: Strong fluency in English, essential for clear communication and reporting.

Working Conditions:

1. Hybrid model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, Monday to Friday.
