In this position, as a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in refining and implementing recruitment strategies within your designated region. Main Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Leverage multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and industry networks for candidate sourcing.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline to anticipate and meet recruitment demands effectively.
Screening and Interview Coordination:
- Evaluate resumes and applications to assess candidates' alignment with job criteria.
- Facilitate preliminary screenings and arrange interviews to identify potential hires.
Offer Management and Onboarding:
- Extend job offers and expertly negotiate employment terms with chosen candidates.
- Oversee a seamless onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in Mass Hiring is crucial.
- Time Management: Outstanding ability to manage diverse tasks and adhere to deadlines.
- Customer Focus: Diligent in understanding and fulfilling client recruitment needs.
- Teamwork: Success in collaborative settings within dynamic teams.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English, facilitating effective engagement with varied stakeholders.
- Technical Experience: Adept with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology tools.
- English Proficiency: Strong fluency in English, essential for clear communication and reporting.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, Monday to Friday.
- Location: Maadi.
