Responsibilities and Duties

Translate documents into specified language(s) precisely and accurately, maintain message content and context:

• Read through original materials to translate documents into specified language(s) precisely and accurately, maintain message content and context.
• Check translations of technical terms and related sources to be sure that the translated documents are accurate and consistent throughout translation.
• Refer to reference materials such as dictionaries, lexicons, encyclopedias, and other online & offline reference materials as needed to be sure that translation process is accurate.
• Assemble terminology and information to be used in translations, including technical terms.
• Perform other tasks as required by management to facilitate running business in the department including, but not limited to, transcription, typing and transliteration.
• Perform QA on the translated files using CAT tools
• Respond/implement client feedbacks
• Perform other tasks as required, including, but not limited to, transcription, typing and transliteration.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor Degree from faculty of Translation and Languages, Alsun, or Arts or its relevant.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken (C1/C2 level).
• Technical experience with translation software and tools.
• Exceptional ability to manage time and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
