Strategic Recruitment Excellence in Your Region
As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing and managing recruitment processes within your assigned region. Your objective is to attract and maintain top-tier talent that aligns with our organisational goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Networking:
- Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including career sites, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a vibrant talent network to anticipate future staffing needs.
Application Screening and Interview Management:
- Review applications to assess alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Organise and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
Facilitating Job Offers and Streamlining Onboarding:
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms to secure top candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires integrate seamlessly into the organisation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in Mass Hiring is required.
- Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple assignments and adhere to project deadlines.
- Customer Focus: Committed to understanding and delivering client recruitment needs effectively.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work efficiently in collaborative team environments.
- Communication: Proficient in English, both written and oral, ensuring effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Experience: Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment technologies.
- English Proficiency: High level of English fluency, crucial for precise communication and documentation.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, Monday to Friday.
- Location: Maadi.
