Key Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition, Communication, and Collaboration
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Support hiring managers in defining job requirements and creating compelling job advertisements.
- Screen CVs, schedule and confirm interviews, and assist with candidate communications throughout the hiring journey.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and operational teams to support workforce planning and talent pipelines.
- Maintain recruitment data, prepare reports and analyse key metrics for continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, building strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to employer branding and creative sourcing initiatives across multiple channels.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or related support functions is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership in coordinating teams, projects, or recruitment campaigns is highly valued.
- Solid IT skills, including familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
