Purpose of the Role:

To ensure reliable and seamless support for digital health leadership and team operations across multiple projects and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and organize meetings across global time zones
  • Prepare and update dashboards, reports, and documentation
  • Maintain trackers for contracts, NDAs, and vendor coordination
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding remote team members (accounts, access)
  • Support logistics for virtual meetings and events


    Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2–4 years as an administrative assistant or PMO coordinator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, and virtual event tools
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
