Are you detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about identifying top talent? We are looking for a proactive and organized Screener to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in ensuring a high-quality recruitment process across our BPO operations.
As a Screener, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, helping us identify qualified talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Screening & Evaluation
Conduct initial screening of applicants based on predefined job requirements and hiring criteria.
Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and role suitability.
Perform pre-screening calls to evaluate communication skills, availability, and overall fit.
Administer and coordinate online assessments when required.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the screening process.
Recruitment Coordination
Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Schedule qualified candidates for interviews and coordinate next recruitment steps.
Track candidate pipelines and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and data privacy regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling candidate information.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of screening practices and candidate engagement strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred. (Undergrads are welcome to apply)
0–1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Customer Service, or a related field.
Previous exposure to the BPO industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
C1 English level is a must.

Work Conditions
📍 Location: Maadi, Cairo
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid
🕓 Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Female employees will leave the office at 10:00 PM and complete their shift remotely
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
