We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery for diverse client engagements. Key Responsibilities – Project Planning, Execution, and Delivery

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with clients and internal teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and ensure ongoing client engagement and satisfaction.
• Champion project management best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and project records according to compliance standards.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications – Project Manager, Human Resources Solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, with a strong foundation in translation and localization.
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal), with demonstrated experience in content review, editing, and localization workflows.
• Over 2 years of proven experience in project management, with a solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.
• Skilled in using MS Office applications, CAT tools, and project management software to drive efficient project execution.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, developed through experience in diverse and multicultural environments.
• Adept at leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to align efforts, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
• Analytical and solution-oriented, capable of adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail and organization across multiple assignments.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus and reflects a commitment to structured, results-driven delivery.
