Vendor Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Vendor Manager to oversee the hiring of key content writers, marketing professionals, and other creative talent for our B2B marketing agency. This role combines recruitment expertise with vendor management responsibilities, ensuring the agency consistently acquires top talent. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting for content and marketing roles, as well as managing relationships with external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing the suitable freelance talents for the assigned projects through:
● Finding suitable resources internally from our database through
checking the availability of the required resources, matching the
project requirements, then connecting the resource to the project
manager.
● Finding suitable resources externally from external portals by
searching for resources (talents) in freelance websites (Upwork,
American translation association …. etc.) according to project details,
coordinating for the assessment, rate, registration, and connecting the
resource to the project manager.
Support the freelance talents and update their status:
● Guide and support freelance talents ( how to access profile, receive
and upload the translated files, and how to submit his invoice… etc.)
● Update freelancers profiles
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in vendor management, procurement, HR recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing contracts and SLAs.
- Knowledge of freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, etc.) and vendor sourcing tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
