Key Responsibilities – Business Development & Sales (Cape Town)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using cold calling, social networking, and participation in local industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, understand client requirements, and deliver tailored, engaging presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales, building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
- Work closely with the Cape Town team to meet and exceed monthly revenue and growth targets.
- Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline and market insights to the leadership team.
Essential Skills & Experience – Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales for services, with a focus on business development or client acquisition.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and securing new accounts.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in the localisation industry is an advantage.

- Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (EMEA time zone)
- Days off: Saturday & Sunday
