About the Role:
We are looking for a Researcher Team Leader to manage research activities, track market updates, and ensure accurate information is added to our project database. You will lead and guide a team of researchers while providing valuable insights that support the company’s goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Data & Project Updates: Keep our project database accurate and up to date.
- Market Tracking: Stay on top of news, policies, and trends in the GCC construction industry.
- Research: Collect information about new projects from calls, emails, online sources, and reports, then add it to our database. Support client requests with relevant research.
- Team Support: Work with other departments to provide useful insights that help decision-making.
- Leadership: Train, mentor, and guide junior researchers. Check their work for accuracy and assign tasks to meet deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Engineering, Literature, or related field preferred).
- At least 5 years’ experience in research, market analysis, or competitive intelligence (ideally in the GCC construction sector).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with leadership abilities.
