Key Responsibilities: Automation Engineering and Process Optimisation

• Design, implement, and maintain robust automation systems to improve productivity, quality, and reliability across company operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation.
• Develop, test, and deploy automated scripts and tools (using industry-standard programming languages and automation platforms).
• Monitor the performance of automated solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support to internal users.
• Document automation processes, create technical specifications, and maintain clear, user-friendly guides.
• Participate in technical reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technology division.
• Actively research and propose innovative automation technologies, methodologies, and best practices to drive operational excellence.

Required Experience and Skills: Automation and Programming Expertise

• 2 –3 years of automation engineering experience, preferably within technology-forward environments such as IT, or software.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar technologies).
• Solid understanding of system integration, APIs, and data handling.
• Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex technical challenges independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a commitment to high-quality work.
