As a Translation and Localization Project Coordinator, you will be pivotal in supporting end-to-end project delivery for our multinational clients, working in partnership with a passionate team to provide top-tier linguistic solutions across the globe.
Main Responsibilities—Project Coordinator, Translation & Localization
- Coordinate translation and localisation projects from kick-off to final delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are consistently met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and linguists, managing communication, queries, and project updates throughout the workflow.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and reports in line with best practices and company policies.
- Work closely with language professionals, DTP experts, and internal teams to allocate resources, monitor progress, and resolve any project challenges as they arise.
- Assist in budget and cost management, ensuring project profitability through careful planning and monitoring of expenses.
- Quality check translations for formatting, completeness, and compliance with client instructions, coordinating revisions when necessary.
- Promote efficiency and a positive team environment, championing process improvements and knowledge sharing across projects.
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards, ensuring client content and linguist information remains secure at all times.
Essential Skills & Qualifications—Translation Project Coordinator Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in translation, localisation, or a fast-paced service environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills—able to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.
- Clear and professional communicator with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders worldwide.
- Familiarity with CAT tools, Translation Management Systems (TMS), and standard office applications.
- Keen attention to detail, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a drive for continuous learning.

Work Specifications—Project Coordinator, Translation & Localization
- Location: Maadi (Hybrid working model for an optimal work-life balance)
- Working Hours: 12PM – 9PM (fixed shift), with an alternative shift of 4PM – 1AM where needed (hybrid, with remote working as required)
- Days: Monday to Friday
