Key Responsibilities – Senior Business Development Executive in Translation & Localization
- Identify and reach out to new business opportunities with global enterprise clients and partners.
- Handle inbound sales leads and use AI tools to create sales kits, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage all inbound sales leads — respond promptly, qualify prospects, and follow up effectively to convert leads into opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately with all client interactions and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals using AI-powered tools such as Gamma, ChatGPT (Paid), Manus, Genspark, and other creative software.
- Support the marketing and account management teams with reports, presentations, and client communication materials.
- Stay up to date with AI trends and digital marketing innovations to enhance productivity and campaign performance.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring content alignment with sales goals and brand voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize Google Ads performance, providing insights and suggestions for better ROI.
Experience & Skills for Business Development Success in the Language Technology Sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshworks experience & Localization experience are plus points
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong proficiency in AI productivity tools (Gamma, ChatGPT, Genspark, Manus, etc.) for creating marketing materials and proposals.
- Good understanding of Google Ads campaigns and digital marketing metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized, proactive, and creative thinker with a can-do attitude.
