About the Role: Invoicing and Payments Coordination
As an Invoicing and Payments Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance and accounts team. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of invoice processing, payment tracking, and revenue management in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Your attention to detail, integrity, and drive for continuous improvement will ensure the highest standard of financial accuracy and compliance across all payments and billing processes.
Main Responsibilities in Invoicing, Billing, and Payments
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation, verification, and issuance of interpreter and client invoices in accordance with established procedures.
- Oversee the validation and upload of production data and interpreter tasks, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve missing or incorrect information.
- Monitor outstanding tasks and payments, follow up as needed, and support interpreters with system or submission issues.
- Reconcile financial reports, address discrepancies with the finance team, and ensure clear communication of payment status and requirements.
- Maintain organized documentation of all invoicing, task management, and payment activities.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of invoicing and payment operations.
- Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports to support operational and financial oversight.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience for Invoicing and Payments
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- 0 -1 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with IMS is a PLUS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders in a clear, professional, and positive manner.
- Problem-solving mindset, strong organizational abilities, and capacity to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
