Key Responsibilities – Performance Management Specialist
Performance Management Operations:
Performance Cycle Administration: Support the administration of the quarterly, mid-year, and annual performance reviews by tracking submission rates, sending reminders to managers, and ensuring all documentation is completed on time.
Data Tracking & Reporting: Extract regular reports from the performance system (e.g., Incorta) regarding KPI completion, appraisal status, and rating distributions. Clean and organize data for senior management analysis.
KPI & Goal Tracking: Assist department heads and employees in entering their KPIs and objectives into the system, ensuring they follow the correct format and guidelines.
PIP Monitoring: Maintain a registry of active Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Follow up with managers to ensure review meetings are taking place and documentation is signed and filed.
Project Support: Support the HR team in performance-related projects (e.g., competency updates) by scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and tracking project task lists.
Training & Development Support:
Training Logistics: Organize the logistics for internal and external training sessions, including booking venues, sending calendar invites, and preparing training materials.
LMS Support: Upload training content to the Learning Management System (LMS), assign courses to employees as directed, and track course completion rates.
Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate the logistics of the onboarding program for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary schedule and materials for their first week.
Essential Skills & Experience – Performance Management Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in OD, Performance, or a Generalist role.
Proficiency in developing and analysing performance management frameworks and KPIs.
Outstanding communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Digital fluency with HRIS/Performance Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and objectivity in all aspects of performance management.
Fluency in English—additional language skills are considered a plus.
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data reporting.

Work Conditions – Performance Management Specialist
Location: Mohandiseen
Working Model: Hybrid
Working Hours: 9 AM –6 PM
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (five-day working week, two days off)
