Role Scope
The Country Helpers role is designed to provide essential operational and administrative support across various functions within the organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting teams with coordination, documentation, and general support activities.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, proactive, and capable of handling multiple support tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to assigned departments
Assist in organizing documentation, records, and internal files
Support coordination between teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
Assist with logistics, basic reporting, and general office support duties
Follow established processes and ensure compliance with internal guidelines
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding assigned tasks
Contribute to maintaining a structured and efficient working environment
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
Previous experience in a support, helper, or operational role is preferred
Basic administrative and organizational skills
Good communication skills (Arabic required; English is an advantage)
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism
Flexibility to handle varied support tasks as needed
