Role Scope
The Country Helper position is a hands-on, service-oriented role designed to support daily operational requirements. The role focuses on providing dependable assistance across assigned locations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Key Responsibilities
Assist with general operational and support tasks as assigned
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within designated work areas
Support supervisors and team members in daily activities
Handle basic maintenance or assistance duties as required
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and client standards
Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
Prior experience in a helper, support, or general operations role is preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic communication skills
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team
