What You'll Be Doing:
As a Commercial Product Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the commercial success and market viability of our AI portfolio. You will act as the primary "evangelist" for our products, translating powerful AI capabilities into clear business value. You will work closely with technical teams, sales, and clients to define the product roadmap and ensure our innovations solve real-world problems for our target segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the AI Portfolio: Take full ownership of the lifecycle for current products and drive the launch strategy for future AI innovations.
Market-Driven Roadmap: Define and maintain a product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals to ensure long-term growth.
High-Value Evangelism: Serve as the "face" of the products, accompanying the sales team to deliver compelling presentations and live demos to C-level executives and stakeholders.
Voice of the Customer: Conduct qualitative interviews to understand client pain points, ensuring our AI solutions fit the specific needs of our target industries.
Sales Enablement: Equip marketing and sales teams with the tools they need to win, including value propositions, competitive comparisons, and use-case guides.
Requirements for the Role:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a similar commercial role within the SaaS or AI sectors.
Business-First Mindset: Strong acumen for revenue impact, customer satisfaction, and market fit over technical complexity.
Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts into clear business benefits.
Strategic & Autonomous: Proven ability to analyze market data and take full ownership of a product suite with minimal supervision.
