What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring they successfully adopt and gain maximum value from our AI solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our products, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities to grow their engagement with Future Group.
You will work closely with product, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to improving our offerings based on client feedback.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Customer Insights
AI Portfolio Support
Collaborate with product teams to support the lifecycle of current AI products and contribute insights that help shape future product improvements.
Customer-Driven Roadmap
Provide valuable customer feedback and market insights to help guide product roadmap decisions and ensure solutions align with client needs.
Feature Ideation
Identify opportunities for new features and improvements that increase customer adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction. Translate customer needs into clear business insights for the technical and product teams.
2. Customer Engagement & Advocacy
Client Engagement & Meetings
Act as a key representative of our products during client meetings alongside the sales team, presenting product capabilities, supporting demos, and addressing business-level inquiries.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Voice of the Customer
Conduct customer interviews and gather qualitative feedback to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and ensure our AI solutions meet the needs of our target segments.
3. Go-to-Market & Customer Success Support
Value Proposition Communication
Help communicate the value of our AI solutions by clearly articulating the benefits, differentiators, and business impact to customers.
Sales Enablement Support
Support sales and marketing teams by contributing insights, customer use cases, and feedback that help strengthen sales materials and positioning.
Customer Segment Insights
Analyze customer segments and industries to better understand client needs and tailor communication and solutions accordingly.
Requirements for the Role
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management, preferably within the SaaS, AI, or technology sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
