What You'll Do:
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, responsible for identifying new prospects, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. From conducting market research to delivering captivating presentations, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and lost clients
Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations
Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and follow-ups
Handle objections and resolve client concerns professionally
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize results
Achieve monthly sales targets
What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development (service-based industry)
Strong experience in lead generation, penetration, and cold calling
Previous experience in localization or advertising is a plus
Account management experience is an advantage
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good understanding of sales and marketing techniques
Proficiency in English
