β’ Create customized holiday and travel packages
β’ Handle client inquiries and travel consultations
β’ Prepare attractive quotations and detailed itineraries
β’ Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and travel suppliers
β’ Manage reservations and bookings from inquiry to confirmation
β’ Support clients with travel documentation and visa guidance
β’ Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel
π― What We're Looking For:
β 2+ years of experience in outbound tourism, travel consultancy, or tour operations
β Strong knowledge of popular international destinations
β Experience creating and selling holiday packages
β Excellent customer service and sales skills
β Strong communication and negotiation abilities
β Ability to manage multiple bookings with high attention to detail
β Good English proficiency
β Preferred Experience:
β’ Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or other GDS systems
β’ Hotelbeds, RateHawk, Expedia TAAP, or similar travel platforms
β’ Honeymoon, luxury, family, and group travel packages
β’ Visa support and travel documentation processes
