About the Opportunity
Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of the UAE's leading companies in the fitness and wellness industry. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Senior Specialist to join a dynamic team and play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth across the region.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader, developing impactful B2B marketing strategies that support sales, strengthen the brand, and expand market presence across Egypt and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Generate qualified B2B leads through digital marketing, email campaigns, events, webinars, and strategic partnerships.
Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, presentations, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring strong SEO performance and user experience.
Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support lead generation and pipeline growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
Organize and coordinate exhibitions, fitness events, conferences, and corporate activations.
Manage the company's social media presence and content strategy.
Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, photographers, and content creators.
Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
4โ7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
Previous experience in the fitness, wellness, healthcare, sports, hospitality, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, branding, and campaign management.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
